ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure Barchester Healthcare's residents can enjoy a motivational and fulfilling environment. You'll help each resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with family, friends, and the local community.

MAIN DUTIES

The Activities Assistant role involves delivering an entertainment and activities program that includes a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings, and events. You’ll need creativity, a sense of fun, and the ability to motivate others.
