About the Role

Leading your management team and colleagues in-store, you’ll run your store like it’s your own business – overseeing all aspects of your store’s operations from stock to recruitment. You’ll have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be present on the floor, getting involved in the successful running of your store. Whether it’s processing deliveries, assisting customers, or managing compliance, you’ll be a hands-on leader. You’ll coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Need:

Essential qualifications include:

• Store Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing medium to large sized teams.
• A history of achieving KPIs.
• Flexibility to work a range of hours.
• Experience in an FMCG or big box setting is ideal.
