Position Overview: St. Pancras Hotels Group Ltd & St Pancras Hotels Services Ltd seek a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Working collaboratively within a team to uphold an enjoyable environment.
• Performing housekeeping duties efficiently and according to established standards.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and ensuring duty of care in all areas.
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as directed.
• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
• Achieving personal KPIs consistently.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning role.
• Dependable and reliable in completing assigned tasks.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong team ethos and support for colleagues.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
