Prison Job Adviser - Immediate Start, For Vulnerable Groups

Overview

Career Connect is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Prison Job Adviser to help Career Connect deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. This contract works with offenders in custody and through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals.

The role involves working with individuals on remand or serving custodial and community-based sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service. You will engage participants in learning, training, and employment opportunities, either through one-to-one or group work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with offenders to identify and work towards their resettlement goals.
• Collaborate effectively with partner organizations to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize databases efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Facilitate both individual and group sessions to promote learning and development.

Salary and Benefits:
