Career Connect is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Career Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Adviser, dedicated to working with offenders in custody to help them prepare for work upon release.
The role involves engaging individuals serving custodial sentences in learning, training, and employment opportunities, assisting them in breaking the cycle of reoffending.

Experience in supporting offenders or vulnerable groups is highly desirable. Candidates who connect well with others and can navigate a prison environment while meeting quality compliance are encouraged to apply.
Comprehensive training will be provided, with Career Connect's supportive team helping you settle into your new role. Career Connect seek candidates with a Level 4 qualification or higher in Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
