Overview

As a Chef, you will be responsible for planning and providing daily nutritious meals for all Kingsley Healthcare's residents. Your duties include ensuring that the food purchased is fresh and within budget, while maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certified – Level 2 (willing to pursue Intermediate Food Hygiene).
• First Aid Certified.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Preparation/Catering.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Chef.
• Knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Creative menu planning experience.
