You will need to be a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of care across Kingsley Healthcare's care homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and management, ensuring the right people are recruited and trained.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligning with Kingsley's vision.
  • Monitor and manage financial and business performance, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, implementing action plans as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment for residents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Implement performance monitoring systems to track key performance indicators.

Qualifications Required

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and compliance in the care home industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in quality care for elderly residents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
