Overview

Position: Support Worker

Pay Rate Starts at: £11.57 per hour with sleep-in rate of £73.89.

Location: Birdwood Forest of Dean GL2 8AS. Please note this is a rural location and own transport is required.

Shifts are a mixture of: 7am-14:30, 14:30-22:00, and sleep-ins.

As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for:

• Helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Assisting with personal care and teaching new life skills.
• Encouraging social activities and community engagement.
• Facilitating sensory activities and outings.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
