The Bridge Project is a well-established charity providing vital services to those facing deprivation and health inequalities.
As a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Navigator, you will engage with individuals identified as perpetrators of domestic abuse through the Integrated Offender Management Team, aiming for early intervention and prevention. This role involves:
- Conducting face-to-face outreach in the community.
- Identifying areas of unmet needs and navigating clients to appropriate services.
Qualifications include Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in delivering support services. Key responsibilities are:
- Managing high-risk cases and conducting strength-based assessments.
- Creating and implementing action plans collaboratively.
- Building rapport and trust with clients through effective communication.
Successful candidates will work 09:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with flexibility. A valid driving license and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check are essential.
