Footasylum is hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based at The Trafford Centre.

This is a temporary position working part-time hours, with the scope for picking up additional hours during December.

The Role:

Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of Footasylum's business. They live and breathe Footasylum's products. Footasylum’re seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing Footasylum's diverse products and going above and beyond for all of Footasylum's customers. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for Footasylum's guests.

You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcasing Footasylum's products with style. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviours.

From day one, you will receive in-depth training on Footasylum's products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, then the product care and best matched product companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Ambassador.

About you:

Footasylum is looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised, and can-do attitude. You must be positive and approachable, able to spark enthusiastic conversations with customers.

• Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow personally and professionally.
• Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge.
• Handle transactions with a smile, ensuring a perfect end to a shopping experience.
