About the Role:

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

ASDA's operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, offering a wide variety of shift patterns. ASDA’ll work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working is a requirement of the role, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for your team. Responsibilities include:

• Training colleagues and communicating messages in team ‘huddles’.
• Ensuring product availability and meeting customer expectations.
• Careful planning of overtime and holidays.

ASDA'll help you train in different areas and continually develop your skills, providing opportunities for growth in retail.

You'll be naturally friendly, eager to learn new skills across departments, and a strong coach, mentor, and motivator for your team. You’ll ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
