Lettings Negotiator - Apprentice

Overview

Bond Oxborough Phillips Property Management's Property Management department are seeking an apprentice to join their busy office in Bideford.

You will work closely with a small experienced team assisting in daily tasks, which include answering the telephone, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors organising maintenance works, undertaking viewings, inspecting properties and producing condition reports.

You will be given the opportunity to further develop your skills with the option to study for the recognised ARLA accreditation.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle will also be required.
