Training and Development

You will be enrolled in a local college to undertake an 18-month dental nursing course, comprising online learning, coursework, and exams leading to qualification as a registered dental nurse. Caring Dental's well-equipped practice and supportive team will provide a varied and rewarding environment for your professional development.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist dentists, hygienists, and receptionists.
• Contribute to infection control procedures within the dental practice.
• Assist in maintaining computerized patient records.

Course Overview

• Level 3 Apprenticeship with a duration of 18 months.
• Regular on-programme assessments, progress reviews, and coursework.
• Work towards GDC-approved qualification.

Requirements

• Have had or be willing to have the Hepatitis B Vaccination.
• Maths and English GCSE Grades 9-2; A*-E; Functional Skills Entry Level 3 or equivalent.

Working Hours

Full-time position, 4 days a week, with 2 Saturday mornings a month.

Start date is flexible.
