Assistant Goalkeeper Coach

Overview

Fulham Football Club is seeking an Assistant Goalkeeper Coach to provide specialized training and development support to the FFCW 1st Team and U18 goalkeepers. The role is crucial in ensuring each goalkeeper progresses towards their individual development targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the creation and delivery of a high-quality Individual Development Programme for all 1st Team and U18s Goalkeepers.
• Assist in planning and delivering all training sessions and matches.
• Support completion of reports, monitoring, and evaluation requirements for FFCW players.
• Frequently report on player development to the FFCW Head Coach and Lead Pathway Coach.
• Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of training sessions and match day operations.
• Plan, deliver, and reflect on sessions to achieve objectives.
• Support recruitment efforts for new players into the 1st Team and U18s.
• Attend all staff and player meetings as directed.
