Aviation Stores Operative, Immediate Start, For Students

Your Role

This role ensures that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the hangar stores environment utilizing MHE, manual handling, and appropriate computer systems to fulfill customer requirements efficiently and safely.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete daily MHE safety checks (where applicable).
• Carry out assigned tasks including picking, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, and hygiene.
• Packing and shipping as appropriate.
• Goods receiving inspection.
• Administrative tasks including allocation of orders and stock management.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems according to task-based work instructions.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Experience in Aviation Parts environment desirable.
• Experience in high quality or compliance environments.
• Understanding of warehouse practices e.g., picking, packing & loading.
• PC literate with knowledge of inventory procedures.
• Full Driving license essential; Forklift license desired.
• Medical fitness to hold Airside Drivers Permit.
