Your opportunity: Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant SENCO who will work under the direction of Merstham Park School's SENCO. You will assist with administrative tasks as well as supporting to raise levels of achievement for all learners, particularly those with SEND needs.

The Assistant SENCO is expected to show a high level of commitment to the school and to offer positive support for its vision and values.

Your role includes:

  • Promoting high-quality teaching and effective resource use.
  • Helping raise the achievement, aspirations, and engagement of students with SEND.
  • Supporting the partnership between the school, students, and their families.

As a member of the team, you will have plenty of CPD opportunities for professional development and growth, supported by the GLF Trust comprising 43 schools.
