  • You’ll be delivering the five year strategic vision for Operations, transforming the operational capability across the bank and helping NatWest Group to shape the future of NatWest Group's operations by delivering pan-bank innovative solutions.

In your new role, you’ll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements.

You’ll also:

  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Identify upstream failure demand in processes and propose remediation to prevent flow of work into operations.
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design and communicate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing.

You’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP.

  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques to include the use of a wide range of data such as Operational, Technology, Finance and HR to support problem solving and decision making.
  • Experience of delivering change within a banking operations team driving measurable business outcomes.
  • The drive to understand emerging technical capabilities and how these might be leveraged by Operations.
  • The ability to engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders at senior level across the bank.
  • An analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
  • Critical thinking skills, enabling you to cut through complexity, and make sound decisions and recommendations.
