Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Polish & English), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service within a food manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
• Assisting with order processing and management
• Maintaining a positive relationship with customers
• Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery

Shift Timing:

Monday – Friday from 11:00 to 21:00, plus one Saturday every month from 08:00 to 16:00.
