Business Design & Solutions Lead, Operations Centre of Excellence

Join NatWest Group as a Business Design & Solutions Lead. This is a high profile role in the Operations Centre of Excellence that will see you supporting the ongoing definition of the bank wide Operations strategy alongside key business stakeholders.
- Define and mobilise key components of the Operations strategy in partnership with senior Operations leaders and key supporting functions.
- Add value and deliver lasting results while building meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
As a Business Design & Solutions Lead, you’ll play a leading role in driving innovation across Operations and identifying new opportunities. Ensure solutions align with the bank’s strategy and five year plans.
You’ll create, shape, define and own pan-operations opportunities that support the Operations five year strategic plan.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Work closely with stakeholders to create and define opportunities.
- Ensure designs comply with governance and policies.
- Manage programme design and project teams to provide strategic direction.
- Understand impacts and risks of other programmes and manage dependencies.
The skills you'll need:
You’ll need a background in business design and experience in delivering strategic programmes. A track record of designing innovative solutions within Operations is essential.
- Experience developing compelling strategies.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with multiple data sources to inform strategy and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Critical thinking skills to make sound decisions.
