Overview

The Landmark London seeks a passionate to join The Landmark London's team at the Champagne Bar on a permanent basis. Located opposite Marylebone station, The Landmark London pride ourselves on creating memorable moments and delivering five-star service to The Landmark London's guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with every cocktail and beverage served in the Outlet.
• Participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
• Offer guests suggestions on cocktails, wines, and beers, providing detailed explanations when serving.
• Be knowledgeable about allergens in dishes and drinks, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain bar stations, ensuring they are fully stocked for service.

Working Hours

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with the Outlet open from 9 am to 10 pm.
