Hours: Part Time / Full-Time Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.54

Asda Express is looking for a dedicated Shift Leader / Supervisor who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join Asda Express's welcoming Burger King Restaurant. Asda Express's hospitality Shift Leaders are responsible for managing the restaurant when the Manager is not around. Supervisors really are Asda Express's Restaurant Managers' right-hand person.

You will be second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team operates smoothly. You will strive to promote sales and increase profitability while ensuring Asda Express's customers leave satisfied. Leading and engaging the team is your focus, along with getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving Asda Express's loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the Manager.
• Promote sales and profitability.
• Engage and motivate the team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee food preparation and cleanliness.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
