Bookkeeper

Overview

Providing accurate & quality bookkeeping support to multiple clients by ensuring the timely reconciliation of sales ledger, purchase ledger & bank accounts.

It is possible in time some month end journals adjustments ie accruals, prepayments, deferred income etc may be required for maintaining reconciliations of such accounts.

Credit Control.

Query resolution.

Maintaining good stakeholder relationships.

Flexibility to support the Director & team on other projects if required.

Required: Attention to detail & accuracy are key skills for this role as well as a very good standard of written & verbal communication, proven work experience in similar role, ability to priorities, self starter, professional manner, customer service skills, team player, independent working, quick learner & proactive.

You will be qualified to AAT Level 3 & have proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

Working experience of Xero is essential.

Please note a DBS check will be required for this role and you will sit annual AML assessments.
