Business Support Administrator

The Business Support Team is seeking an experienced administrator to join the wider Quality Market Management Team based at Lawn View House. The primary responsibility of the administration team is to facilitate effective communication with approximately 30 service providers, hospital teams, and social worker teams daily to support Homebase Care Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process communication between business partners.
- Maintain accurate data inputting into spreadsheets and databases.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act.
- Support the performance and efficiency reporting of services.
- Work collaboratively as part of a wider team and independently.
Requirements
While prior office experience is not essential, it is beneficial to have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting. Candidates should possess proven administrative and clerical skills, including:
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Education and Skills
A minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience is preferred. Candidates should exhibit strong numeracy skills and be detail-oriented, with a commitment to high standards of work.
Training and Development
Relevant training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Work Environment
Your base will be at Lawn View House, Sutton in Ashfield. Initially, the role will be office-based, but a hybrid working model will also be considered, allowing for a mix of office and remote work.
