Osterley Park and House is one of the last surviving country estates in London, providing a vibrant attraction with a high turnaround of visitors, ensuring a fast-paced work environment. The team continually seeks creative ways to increase visitor numbers, focusing on outdoor activities as part of the National Trust’s Cycle Trail project. Osterley Park is conveniently located just 20 minutes outside of London, accessible by car or public transport.

Osterley Park and House features beautifully restored gardens for all seasons, divided into three areas to ensure year-round interest, ideal for garden inspiration.

What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a dynamic organisation with a diverse range of activities, guaranteeing that no day is the same. You’ll support daily operations and participate in various projects, offering your advice beyond your immediate team. Your role will involve championing best practices in business support, confidently challenging established methods where improvements can be made. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager.
