Role Overview

As a Bid Writer, your primary aim will be to promote Sasse Limited's company and services while demonstrating Sasse Limited's key selling points and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, persuasive bid writing for bids of various sizes, scale, and complexity.
  • Produce technical and professional documents to support tender submissions.
  • Prepare relevant responses to tender/PQQ/SQ questions with support from departments with specialist knowledge.
  • Manage and update the submission library.
  • Assist with bid management on tenders, understanding progression and maintaining records.
  • Support the tender and operational teams in compiling and attending client-facing presentations.
  • Produce compelling digital content such as bid proposal documents and sales materials.
  • Ensure all bids are unique and fit client expectations, reflecting corporate values.
  • Analyze and collate feedback from bids to ensure continuous improvement.

Additional Duties

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to enhance bid submissions.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior team members involved in bid writing.
  • Manage the visual layout of bid documents for professional presentation.
  • Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to strengthen relationships.
  • Generate reports on bid progress and content effectiveness.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Salary and Benefits
