I’m interested, what’s the role?

Your role includes driving between customers and helping them with tasks such as:

• Help with washing & dressing.
• Shopping & meal preparation.
• Assisting with medication.
• Support with daily routines.
• Respite services.
• Socialising and leisure activities.
• Domestic duties.

No experience is necessary; everything is covered in Caremark Swindon's training!

What are you looking for in me?

• A full driving license.
• A car for work purposes.
• Some flexibility.

What are the benefits?

• Base pay starts from £12.35 rising to £18.52 per hour depending on shifts.
• Travel time paid.
• 40p per mile (mileage).
• Paid DBS.
• 28 Days Annual Leave.
• Ongoing training, development, support, and supervision.
• Opportunity to study for a NVQ Level 2 or 3 and other specialised training.

• Home care: 1 year (preferred).
