Job Overview
You will work quickly and effectively to undertake basic food preparation, serving meals and beverages to North Lanarkshire Council's customers. Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential, alongside knowledge of current products and customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages.
- Engage with customers effectively.
- Handle cash and operate till systems with minimal supervision.
Work Pattern
- Post 1: Saturday, 9:30am to 5pm (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Post 2: Sunday, 8:30am to 5pm (30 minutes unpaid break)
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £24,148 - £25,122 (Pro Rata)

Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a catering environment.
- An elementary food hygiene certificate.
- Experience of working with customers on a daily basis.
