Care Assistant

Overview

Holly Court Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Holly Court Care Ltd's team in providing care to older people with dementia at Holly Court during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of senior carers.
• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility needs and physical activities.
• Provide assistance with eating and drinking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using IT systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
• A compassionate and caring nature.
• Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
