Your Role

As a Care Assistant, your days will be varied and rewarding, assisting residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating. You'll engage in their favorite activities like bingo and live music, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Develop and maintain residents' Care Plans.
• Respect residents' choices and dignity.

Requirements

No prior experience is required, but good communication and some IT skills are essential. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous.

• Shift times: LONG DAYS 06:45-21:15, SHORT DAYS 06:45-14:15 and 13:45-21:15 on weekends
