The Role
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
- Preparation of produce for mealtime, including vegetable preparation and making sandwiches.
- Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
- Safely store cleaning materials.
- Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards.
- Carry out any tasks assigned by the Head/Second Chef or Home Manager.

About Britten Court
Britten Court opened in late 2014 to provide personalized residential and nursing care for older people. It offers specialist nursing and dementia care for up to 80 residents, as well as day care and respite facilities.
