Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere to all guests.
- Utilize tablets and point-of-sale equipment for drink orders.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Clean and reset tables, maintaining high presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
- Participate in training for personal development.
- Perform additional duties as needed within the hotel.
Essential requirements:
- At least 18 years old and eager to work in customer service.
- Confident in meeting guest requests and following through.
- Empathetic and professional in guest interactions.
- Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Structure:
- Age 16-20: £9.24
- Age 21 and over: £11.44
