Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere to all guests.
• Utilize tablets and point-of-sale equipment for drink orders.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Clean and reset tables, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
• Participate in training for personal development.
• Perform additional duties as needed within the hotel.

Essential requirements:

• At least 18 years old and eager to work in customer service.
• Confident in meeting guest requests and following through.
• Empathetic and professional in guest interactions.
• Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Structure:

• Age 16-20: £9.24
• Age 21 and over: £11.44
