Customer Care Advisor - Part-Time

Overview

• Salary: £19,470 per annum plus benefits
• Hours: 30 hours per week (11:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday)
• Location: Predominantly home-based with some travel to the office in Dorchester.

• Engaging with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
• Initiating repair requests and addressing inquiries.
• Liaising with contractors and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
