Overview

Fulham Football Club is looking for a chef with a background in catering for professional sports teams to join Fulham Football Club's team. You will support Fulham Football Club's Head Chef and Sous Chefs in providing balanced, nutritional and high-quality meals to Fulham Football Club's players at the training ground. A good basis of nutrition helps Fulham Football Club's players to achieve their individual nutritional goals, ultimately enhancing health, recovery, and performance.

As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Head Chef and independently to create and develop exciting seasonal menus.
  • Preparing meals for youth and women teams within nutritional guidelines.
  • Instructing junior team members to ensure timely meal delivery and high presentation standards.
  • Leading and supporting junior kitchen team members.
  • Checking stock requirements and placing orders in the Head/Sous Chef's absence.
  • Traveling with teams in the UK and abroad as the catering team representative.
  • Assisting in the preparation of all travel food requirements with good organizational skills.
  • Ensuring consistently high-quality food delivery in a timely manner.
  • Covering the Sous Chef's role when required, while maintaining the highest level of food safety and hygiene.
  • Being flexible to work around the team's schedules.
