As a Customer Engagement Adviser, you will build excellent relationships with The Cambridge Building Society's customers, taking pride in providing that personal touch which leads to great customer outcomes. You will also learn about The Cambridge Building Society's products and services to recommend them effectively.
Salary and Working Hours:
Basic salary of £22,620.00 FTE, working Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week), plus a minimum of 26 Saturdays per year, enhancing your pay by £1,986.14.
The Cambridge Building Society provide a dedicated training plan, allowing salary progression up to £27,000 through skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers into the branch
- Handling cash and account queries
- Understanding customer needs for accurate service
- Completing account transactions
- Responding to customer communications via various channels
- Following compliance regulations
- Collaborating within a small team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade A*-C/4-9 or equivalent
- Ability to work in a dynamic team
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail
