Job Overview
North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a number of invigilators to expand North Lincolnshire Council's exams team. These positions are on a casual, as required basis, throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in laying out exam papers on appropriate desks or distributed in a way that each pupil can commence the examination at the exact time stated.
- Undertake a registration of pupils to ensure that those present correspond to the examination entries.
- Collect examination papers and associated paperwork from candidates at the end of the exam.
- Ensure examination papers are passed onto the named examination officer.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- An ability to remain quiet during the whole examination process.
- An ability to deal with disruptions with minimal impact on others.
- An understanding of the examination process (full training will be given).
