Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is delighted to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious individual to join Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust's Medicine for Older People team based at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will play a crucial clinical and leadership role in the assessment, treatment, and management of older people, while contributing to the overall proactive and preventative healthcare agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care within a forward-thinking multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the Trust and departmental strategic priorities.
- Engage in undergraduate and postgraduate education.
- Participate in departmental audits and teaching activities.
- Maintain compliance with Trust and GMC standards for appraisal and revalidation.
Working Conditions
The on-call rota is 1:10 weekends for ECPOD (Saturday-Sunday). A lieu day is provided after a weekend on-call duty. The department is keen to accommodate special interests and will consider appropriate changes in the weekly job plan.
