Care Home Support Worker

Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of Kingsley Healthcare's residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that Kingsley Healthcare's care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for Kingsley Healthcare's residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal care needs of residents.
• Ensure high standards of care services.
• Support day-to-day activities in the home.

Requirements

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer preferred but not essential.
