McCulloch Furniture Ltd is a small design-driven manufacturer of bespoke fitted and freestanding furniture, collaborating closely with interior designers and architects on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. McCulloch Furniture Ltd's workshop is equipped with new machinery, including a wide-belt Kundig veneer sander, Kundig edge sander, Altendorf panel saw, CNC router, and Holzher edgebander, alongside traditional woodworking and veneering machinery.

Position: Experienced Cabinet Maker

With a rapidly expanding portfolio of luxury interior commissions, McCulloch Furniture Ltd is excited to offer an opportunity for an accomplished and experienced cabinet maker to join McCulloch Furniture Ltd's dedicated small team of craftspeople. McCulloch Furniture Ltd is seeking someone who thrives in a creative, dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of producing high-quality, bespoke furniture.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of work projects.
  • Produce high-quality, bespoke furniture according to specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to meet project goals.

Technical Skills:

  • At least 5 years in bespoke cabinet making.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of bespoke furniture construction techniques.
  • Highly proficient at using machinery and hand skills.
  • Confident to work from construction drawings.
  • Able to work to precise tolerances.

Personal Attributes:

  • Keen eye for detail with a strong ability to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet production deadlines.
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.

Experience Required:

  • Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
