Cast Member - Temporary Position for Christmas

Job Summary: This position is part-time to support the Christmas period. Flexibility is required.

About the Role & Team: The Cast Member engages Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations while maintaining brand integrity.

What You Will Do:

• Takes a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards.
• Maintains a neat and organized Store, both on stage and backstage.
• Ensures all new products are readily available for Guests.
• Assists with stock deliveries and replenishments.
• Welcomes every guest with a smile and performs effective till transactions.

Service Contribution:

• Promotes Guest loyalty through outstanding service.
• Engages Guests at their level and adapts to their needs.
• Follows safety guidelines and maintains brand grooming standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages.
• Retail/service experience preferred but training will be given.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Time management and organizational skills.
