Manpower UK Limited's client based in Hindley Green, Wigan, is looking to recruit Production Operatives for immediate starts on an ongoing long-term basis. You will be working as part of a busy team of cell operatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating high-speed machinery for the production of rubber products.
• Quality checking of products.
• Working towards daily production targets.
• Engaging in physical/manual handling tasks.
• Adhering to various 8-hour shift patterns, including a 4-week rotating shift schedule.

Shift Patterns

The shift pattern for the production area is as follows:

Week 1

• Sunday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Monday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Tuesday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Wednesday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: OFF

Week 2

• Monday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Tuesday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Wednesday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Saturday: 06:00 - 14:00

Week 3

• Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Monday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Tuesday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Friday: 22:00 - 06:00

Week 4

After completing the shift on Saturday at 06:00, you will have 8 shifts of paid annual leave every 4th week.
