Cleaner Position, Part-time, Immediate Start

Overview

South Cambridgeshire District Council is recruiting for two permanent part-time Cleaners to join the Facilities Management team based at South Cambridgeshire District Council's Cambourne Office. The position involves ensuring that the South Cambs Hall Building is cleaned to a high standard, providing a clean and comfortable working environment for all users.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning the building to high standards.
• Demonstrating a positive image of the Facilities Management Team.
• Communicating effectively with staff, tenants, members, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable and conscientious.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.

There are two shift patterns available:

1. Morning Cleaner: 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
2. Afternoon Cleaner: 14:15 p.m. - 18:15 p.m.

Flexibility with shift hours may be discussed during the interview. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on service delivery needs.
