Job Summary

fab Health and Fitness Clubs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join fab Health and Fitness Clubs's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, changing rooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous for driving between locations.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
