Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, plus up to 7 weekend shifts and overtime opportunities. Lancaster University is happy to discuss flexible working start times depending on travel arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:

Lancaster University is looking for a cleaner to provide routine and reactive cleaning duties to support Lancaster University's aim of making the campus an inspiring place to be. This includes:

• Cleaning all teaching spaces according to schedules
• Ensuring standards of work are carried out to the highest level
• Following university policies and procedures regarding health and safety

You could be working in:

• student residencies
• lecture theatres
• technical laboratories
• the library
• the sports centre
• offices
• indoor events

You will be part of Lancaster University's Facilities – Service Delivery department, a team of 250 people, delivering a safe and high-quality environment for Lancaster University's university community. All equipment and university-branded uniform is provided for this role.
