- Assessing and managing care pathways for research participants.
- Recruiting, educating, and monitoring participants while ensuring accurate data documentation.
- Collaborating with the research team and managing your own caseload.

- Contributing to the development of local policies and training staff.

Education/Qualifications
Essential: Health professional registration or first degree in life sciences.
Experience
Essential: Relevant experience in a specialty and ability to apply the NHS Plan in practice. Desirable: Research experience.
Skills/Knowledge
Essential: Leadership skills, ability to manage difficult situations, and awareness of NHS service developments. Desirable: Proven mentorship and teaching skills.
