Are you an experienced Clinical Research Practitioner or Nurse with a background in surgical trials? Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and managing care pathways for research participants.
• Recruiting, educating, and monitoring participants while ensuring accurate data documentation.
• Collaborating with the research team and managing your own caseload.
• Acting as a resource for staff and patients, ensuring compliance with research regulations.
• Contributing to the development of local policies and training staff.

Education/Qualifications

Essential: Health professional registration or first degree in life sciences.

Experience

Essential: Relevant experience in a specialty and ability to apply the NHS Plan in practice. Desirable: Research experience.

Skills/Knowledge

Essential: Leadership skills, ability to manage difficult situations, and awareness of NHS service developments. Desirable: Proven mentorship and teaching skills.
