Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service via phone, online, and face-to-face interactions.
- Address enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Listen actively to customers to fully understand their needs and issues.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience while remaining calm under pressure.
- Utilize effective conflict resolution skills, especially in challenging situations.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Skills in data entry and record management.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary ranges from £23,298 to £24,546 per annum, with additional benefits offered as part of the employment package.
Working Hours:
This position requires 37 hours of work per week.
