Oakfield is a residential special school catering for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). eTeach UK Limited is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and positive individual who is caring, approachable, and compassionate by nature, with excellent communication skills. No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. A desire to work in the SEMH sector is essential.
Job Summary
Actual Salary: £18,197 - £18,831 per annum (pay award pending)
Hours: 35 per week Term Time + 5 Training Days
Commencement: January 2025
Responsibilities
- Support students in their learning and development.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage with parents and other staff to promote student well-being.
Education and Skills Requirements
- A desire to work in the SEMH sector.
