Overview

As a Customer Service Centre Specialist, your primary role will be to manage customers’ accounts internally, ensuring a fast and accurate turnaround of quotations and orders. You'll build close relationships with key individuals across IMI Precision Engineering's customer base to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and identify opportunities to enhance service levels.
  • Establish and maintain sales relationships with customers and key contacts.
  • Understand strategic business challenges and prioritize critical opportunities.
  • Coordinate activities with all functions that the customer interacts with.
  • Maintain agreed systems and procedures to align with overall company strategies.
  • Support the external sales team and utilize CRM tools as directed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in supply chain customer service and internal account management.
  • Able to operate in a high-volume manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Proven success in sales/customer service with a focus on maximizing value and margin.
  • Skills in account management and driving business growth.
