B&M is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join B&M's store team in Mile Cross Lane, Norwich. This is a full-time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for B&M's customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area.
- Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to B&M's customers.
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues.
- Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
- Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines.
- Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times.
- Play a vital part in continuing to make B&M's stores a fun place to work!
About You
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service. It is essential that applicants have the following:
- Experience of managing a small to medium sized team, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- The ability to think on your feet.
