Job Overview

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to HCA Healthcare UK's patients. You will manage customer inquiries and concerns via telephone and email, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Answer patient calls in a professional manner, handling around 70 calls a day.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Process card payments through the online payment gateway.
  • Refer problematic accounts to the Customer Service Senior for further action.
  • Respond to patient queries within a 48-hour timeframe.
  • Review and process daily patient statements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Problem-solving skills.
