Customer Service Representative

Overview

Job Overview: Y&C Wholesale is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Y&C Wholesale's team and provide exceptional service to Y&C Wholesale's clients. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products or services.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
• Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
• Provide support in English
• Maintain accurate records through data entry
• Analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to handle multilingual customer queries efficiently

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
